Where Are the Chakras?

Each of the chakras is located in the “deep” or astral spine, which is located in front of the physical spine in the center of the body.

From the first chakra at the base of the spine to the seventh chakra at the crown of the head, each of the chakras has a specific location. The Agya Chakra, or spiritual eye, is at the point between the eyebrows, while the Anahata Chakra, also known as the Heart Chakra, is in the center of your body near the heart.
