This, the highest chakra, is the seat of final liberation and is the location where the soul unites with God.
The Sahasrara is a very subtle chakra, and it is not safe to meditate on it directly — it is said to disrupt the energy flow between the medulla oblongata and the crown chakra.
Energy flows to this chakra naturally when the spiritual eye is fully opened. Enlightenment (the Agya Chakra) comes before liberation (the Sahasrara).
This chakra is beyond both beneficial and harmful qualities.
